ORDERING IS EASY & RISK FREE!
Beirn is committed to customer satisfaction – if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 7 days of receiving and we will happily exchange or receive a beirn credit to purchase something else at another time. (This excludes sale items, all sale items are final).

  • All purchases are final, exchange on full priced items only.
  • Exchanges are available on damaged items within 7 days of receiving. In that case, we will ship your exchange to you at no additional cost. More details about exchanging damaged items below.
  • Feel confident, Beirn takes the risk out of ordering!

​EXCHANGE PROCESS
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product with us please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Email shoponline.beirn@gmail.com with all details about the reason for your exchange request. We will get back to you within the next business day.
  2. Once everything has been discussed with us over email, pack all items with your invoice. Please remember to also send back the item’s original dust cover. Please ensure that package is securely enclosed as we are not able to accept if damaged.
  3. Unless the item you purchased arrived to you damaged, we don’t send out shipping labels for exchanges. All shipping costs will have to be covered by you. You may go to your local UPS, Fed Ex, or Post Office and send to the address below with a return label to ship back to you. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as Beirn is not liable for lost return packages. Please ship to:

  4. Once received, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange as quickly as possible.

FAULTY RETURNS NEEDING REPAIR
If you have a faulty item that you would like repaired, please follow the simple steps of a normal return as shown above.

Please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a description of the fault. Once received, we will inspect and send the goods onto manufacturer.

We aim to have your items repaired at your earliest convenience; however some delays may occur and repair would have to take longer than expected. In this case we will keep you informed.

If an order is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return postage up to a total of US$10.00.

This includes postage only; packaging is at an additional cost to you. For further in depth information on warranties and faulty items, please contact our customer service team.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Beirn returns department operates Monday-Thursday from 10 am- 5pm. Once your return is received, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours.

We will inform you by email when your transaction is being processed.

Please note that NO exchanges can be made in person at the warehouse. Please contact customer service if you have special requirements regarding this.
